1. Privacy Policy

RETHiNK NETWORK ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our partner universities, employers, and student participants.

• Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, institutional affiliation) only when voluntarily provided via our contact forms or event registration links.

• Purpose of Data: Information is used to facilitate campus activations, outreach programs, and for GST-compliant invoicing.

• Ads & Analytics: We use cookies and tracking pixels (Google/Meta) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing programs. This data helps us optimize outreach for our clients.

• DPDP Act Compliance: In accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, users have the right to access or request deletion of their data. For such requests, please contact our Grievance Officer.

2. Terms of Service

• Nature of Business: RETHiNK NETWORK is an events, outreach, and marketing company specializing in connecting educational institutions and employers with students across Metro, Tier-2, Rural, and Tribal India.

• Execution of Services: All on-ground engagements (Education Fairs, Job Melas, Mock Tests, etc.) are governed by the specific timelines and deliverables mentioned in the signed Service Agreement or Purchase Order (PO).

• Intellectual Property: All outreach strategies, proprietary event concepts, and branding materials designed by RETHiNK NETWORK remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Third-Party Venues: For events held at external campuses or venues, RETHiNK NETWORK acts as an organizer and is not liable for venue-specific technical failures or infrastructure issues.

3. Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

• No Physical Shipping: As a service-based agency, no physical goods are shipped. All deliverables (outreach reports, digital tickets, or coordination plans) are delivered via Email or WhatsApp.

• Project Cancellation: For B2B contracts, any mobilization advance paid is non-refundable once project logistics, venue bookings, or marketing collateral printing have commenced.

• Event Postponement: If an event is postponed by the client, any non-recoverable costs incurred by us will be billed to the client.

• Refunds: Refunds are only considered if we fail to initiate the agreed-upon services. No refunds are issued once an outreach program or on-ground event has been successfully executed.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the services provided by RETHiNK NETWORK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India only. By engaging with our services, the client/user explicitly waives any right to initiate legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
